This is my favorite project with Intrepid Tulips Wool/Silk dk so far. I used Lamb’s Ear for the main body of the shawl and Louet Gems Sport in Bluebird for the lace portion (though I could have also used Intrepid Tulips Wool/Silk dk in Sapphire.) The Ka’ana Shawlette by Jennifer Weissman is another free Ravelry pattern and I used it to knit create the crescent-shaped garter stitch portion, but the stripes and Feather and Fan lace edging were my own addition.

I like the alternating blue and green in garter stitch, and the way the lace edge pulls it into scallops.
